Sacred Space - Chapel of Intentions

Thank you for your invitation to pray for our dear son, an alcoholic as the result of clerical sexual abuse. As he grows older as an adult, the condition of his addiction worsens bordering on alcoholic insanity. He is very intelligent and prayerful and confesses his addiction is hard to control. He lives with us having provided a home to relieve him of being homeless and on the street. We are aged parents, married for 64 years but tolerance of each other”s behaviour leads to quarrels which affect our peaceful loving son and I think this affects his drinking. Please pray that as today’s gospel of our Lord Jesus Will help us to cast off old ways and start over refreshed
