Thank you for my blessings. I have so many requests, so many fears, so many questions, so much bewilderment. Climate change and the destruction it brings, the drought where I am and the threat of dry lightning and smoke from fires; the death of a young mother and the distress of her children and husband, the constant fear of Covid even if vaccinated, the chaos Covid has caused, the hatred, the prejudice, the injustice, the betrayal, the lies, the deceit…it goes on and on.

I pray for all of this. I pray for my own health and that of my family and friends. I pray for conversions. I pray for those sick and dying, for those who have no one to pray for them.
The list of those to pray for does not stop. I pray that God works through each of them even if they do not know it.

I pray to keep myself grounded in the Gospel.
