I would like to pray for discernment at my workplace as we seek a new executive director. There is deep concern among staff over a candidate that the board of directors seems to favor. I pray that the concerns are truly heard and considered. If it be God’s will for this person to lead us, we are going to need a lot of help adjusting and working with him. Holy Spirit, please be at work in the hearts of all who will be affected by this and who are making the decisions.
