Dear Lord, I'm a PhD supervisor and as such not doing a very good job. I find it often very hard to get clear messages across for the things that really are important. I get lost in details or aspects that are not as important. And maybe I'm also even making my points unclearer on purpose - unconsciously - so as not to appear mean or career driven or otherwise illoyal to my family heritage. So, now my PhD student is doing not very good work in part because of my weaknesses and knots in my soul. ...

Dear God, M is out and A is out and away. Protect them both a keep them safe from any harm, physically, morally, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, now, tonight and always. Heavenly Father, I ask for your Devine intervention in the healing of my friend P. Give him peace and strength during his up coming cancer treatments. May this struggle draw him back to you in a more loving relationship. Bless his relationship with his family and draw them closer to you and each other. Amen
